Initially the call was silent, then the speaker identified themselves as a representative from the Auto Division of Car Shield (which I already have) and claimed they could offer a better rate. They asked for an estimate of my car's mileage; I replied I wasn't sure and requested an email so I could reply later because I was at work. The caller then told me I shouldn't answer my phone at work and abruptly hung up.
