Ý kiến chuyên gia
People complain that the follow‑up calls after getting an online insurance quote feel relentless. These calls usually come from agents trying to close a sale and often skip voicemails, which makes the experience feel like spam. If you didn’t request a callback, ask the caller to remove your number and confirm the request in writing. Register the line with the national Do‑Not‑Call list, use your phone’s block feature, and consider a third‑party call‑filtering app. Keep a record of each call’s time and number; that makes it easier to report persistent offenders. When possible, request an email quote instead of a phone follow‑up to stay in control.
