Earlier today, a flood of automated calls claiming to be from a collection agency or "process server" hit numerous phones. Callers use urgent language about court filings, wage garnishment, and home service to pressure victims into returning the call. Never provide personal details or payment over the phone, especially when the caller refuses to identify their company. Block the offending number, enable carrier spam filters, and forward any suspicious texts to 7726 (SPAM). Report the incident to the FTC and your state attorney general. Stay skeptical of any unsolicited legal‑threat messages—legitimate agencies will contact you in writing first.
As previously mentioned, text messages should be forwarded to 7726 to facilitate blocking by carriers.
I recieved the same message as everyone else, but I never got any mail from them, and all my bills are paid on time, and my credit report is clean, so I dont know why they're harrassing me multiple times a day, I've blocked all their numbers, and now I'm getting text messages too, saying my bank accounts are frozen, and I should click the link, it's all scams.

The same scam message was received, originating from Prescott, AZ, without a company name being disclosed.

I got a call from a Texas area code, and I live in Minnesota, the automated message was pretty threatening, saying my wages would be garnished if I don't resolve the matter, but the woman refuse to tell me what company it was.
Called multiple times a day. Harassment at its finest.
