After receiving two consecutive calls, I returned the call and was surprised to find that the automated system quickly transferred me to a live person, who then requested my passcode, which I provided, only to be told it was incorrect, raising significant suspicions about the authenticity of the call.
Somebody with a indian sounding name calld me, offering a bundle for bein a loyal customer of AT&T and DTV, he sounded profesional, but then he wanted to transfer me to prepay a month in advance, no way, thats just a scam
The caller purportedly represented DTV, offering a promotion to reduce my bill, but seemed unconvincing and lacked knowledge of my current payment, prompting me to end the call.
