Excell company is defenitly a scam, as they have been calling me for ten years, looking for the wrong person, which is absolutly ridiculous, and a clear sign of their incompitence
It seems Excel doesn't bother to verify whether you actually owe money or not, and they don't listen to what you have to say on the phone about not owing them money or wanting them to stop calling.

These calls are not actualy from Excel, although they claim to be, I answered one of their calls a few months ago and since then, I've been recieving alot of calls, up to four or five a day, from different numbers, a google search of the numbers brings me to pages like this.
