It's a obvious scam, genuine process servers dont forewarn, it's advisible to get a call blocker and avoid answering unknown numbers, especialy for the elderly.

A call was recieved from a woman claiming to be a process server, she used a old name and left a case number and phone number, a man named Ken Wilson answered the phone
