Fred-Marc should definately review the scope of the DNCR and the provisions of the FDCPA before going on any more crusades, i exersized my rights and faced their attorney in Federal court and made them pay thousands of dollars, ignorace is not a good tactic

My experiance with Northland was very easy and efficient, almost unrealistic, they settled with me for their FDCPA violations, I have been paid, however the abuse contiunes with others who dont fight back.

It appears this number is also searching for someone else at this location, yet the calls continue
Despite my reqest to cease calling, they persist in contacting me.
After recieving a call from this number, I tried to call back, but it was automated and I was put on hold, eventully I found the associated website and was able to get a new number, which I called and sucessfully had my number removed, they were looking for someone else, and the lady removed my number without question, it was a late stage collection company, appearently.

It's becoming increasingly irritating that this number calls my phone daily, often multiple times a day.
This debt collection company has been contacting me about an individual, but the list seems to be outdated, as I've received calls about this person for over a year. It appears that the company is not updating their information efficiently.
To mitigate interruptions, I have found it effective to save problematic numbers in my phone and assign a silent ringtone, thereby preventing unnecessary distractions during work or other activities
It's intriguing to know how the caller managed to route the call directly to voicemail without ringing; I'd love to learn how to do that
It's apparent that this is a collection agency, and I've taken measures to send all toll-free numbers directly to voicemail to avoid such calls
