A recent call was received, but the caller remained silent and hung up after a short period; the caller ID was unreliable, suggesting the use of a spoofing app.
A call was received, but the caller did not leave a message, instead leaving 5 seconds of silence on my voicemail. Based on other comments, it appears this number may be associated with Portfolio Recovery Services, a company that has contacted me from different numbers using the same tactics. I plan to send a cease and desist letter, and if the calls persist, I will take further action
