An individual with an Indian accent claimed to represent American Express, but after demanding a supervisor, another person with a similar accent took over, revealing it to be a scam, which was subsequently reported to the local authorities.

Apparently, this number is used for phishing purposes, attempting to obtain personal information by claiming to be AMEX, but it's actually a fraudulent caller.
