Repetitive calls were made in search of a person I've never known, allegedly they owed money to RBC, I am going to investigate further and posible complain to RBC about the incompentence of these individuals, and possibily call NCO regulary to expres my dissapointment.
It's getting anoying, they keep calling and leaving voicemails for a person named Diane Cardinal, despite my voicemail clearly stating my name, which is not Diane...I have to call them back ASAP - 888-889-9380 Ext 38....
