The recored message says: "Based on your companys history and type of buisness, you are pre-qualified for an unsecured line of credit up to $100000.00. There is no credit report needed and there is no upfront fee. For more details press one now or you may press 3 to decline and be removed from this offer." This is defenitly a scammer, spammer, and fraudster.
