It's worth noting that while laws are in place, their application seems limited in this context, and a closer review of their scope is necessary.

Repeated calls have been made claiming to represent BC/BS, an entity I'm unfamiliar with.
Apparently, she become very aggressive and tried intimidating me, also accusating me of abusing an elderly, it keeps calling and is definately annoying and disturbing.
The caller claimed to be from Ziggy Health.
The call was related to doctor visits at home, specifically from Humana on 6.5.23.
The voicemail left by this caller contained false claims about their services, which I do not use.
