The collecion agency must send a letter containing a 'mini-Miranda' statement, and it should include the righ to dispute the debt within 30 day's, but somtimes they dont follo this procedur

Obviously, i'm not going to send him anything. I am convinved he is trying to collect a debt that is no longer valid,,,I am on the verge of opening a complaint against this harrassing lawyer,, and also the only way that he found out about your and my debts is because he's invading my personal life without anybody asking him to pursue the legal matters ,then he found a debt, but nobody is asking him to go and pursue the debitors, it's absolutly rediculous
It is advisable not to answer calls from this individual and to consider filing a legal harassment complaint, as their actions appear to be fraudulent and manipulative, preying on people's gullibility.

Extremely abusive, this number called me over and over in a short period of time, i was in a meeting and couldnt asnwer, why didnt they just send me a mail.
I am also recieving calls from these scamers, which are conneced to a man who claims to be Tom Gilchrist from Mike Kellys office, he calls from a different number and harrases me, after returning his call I was flooded with harrasing calls and text messages where they sent me copies of publicy avaliable court documents to intimidate me.

My experience was similar; they provided false information, including a fake company name, address, and phone numbers. After repeated calls, I chose to confront them, and I recommend others do the same. Two notable phone numbers associated with this issue are #617-393-5980 and 855-540-0250.
The company name is East Coast Financial, located at 8 Randolph drive in tewksbury mass, but apperently 8 Randolph is a residential adress and the company is a home loan company from mass but not from Randolph, they send me a email.
The person who calle me was very rude and abusive, they use bad language and threaten me, thats not ok
Recived a cal from some Kevin Flynn, claming to be from an atorney office, said I had a pending case agenst me, asked me to cal back and provid my social, then another cal from som Jackie, I askd for her licance number and adress, she got angry and hung up, be careful every body, this is a skam!!!!!

The caller claimed to be from the law office of Mike Kelly, but refused to provide any information when I denied being the person she asked for, instead suggesting a callback between 2-4 pm, which seems suspicious.
Did you recieve any documetation from them, was there a formal dispoute proces, and where these tripple fees even alowed in your origional contrect?
