Block the number now to cut off the nuisance. The repeated mentions of MetroPCS, spoofed SIM changes, and man‑in‑the‑middle tactics point to a spoofing scheme using cheap VOIP services. Callers often masquerade as legitimate carriers to lure victims into revealing credentials or paying fees. Keep your account details private, verify any carrier‑initiated requests through official channels, and consider enabling call‑blocking or carrier‑level spam filters. Reset your SIM and passwords, and scan devices for malware. Staying skeptical and confirming identities before acting can dramatically reduce exposure to these scam attempts.

It looks like my phone is hacked, somone routed sim card to this number, i dont know who to contact at metro pcs
allegedly, metropcs is responsible for the call, but the claim that the sim card initiated the change is disputed by metro, leading me to suspect that i am being targeted by a spoofing scam
