Avis d’expert

Recent complaints reveal a pattern of unsolicited calls from the same number, most users labeling them as scams. Callers often claim they need remote access to fix a refund or cite vague business names like Beacon NY, iYogi, or generic telemarketers. Never share personal or financial information with anyone who calls unexpectedly, especially if they request computer access. Use your phone’s block feature, report the number to the FTC and your carrier, and consider a third‑party spam‑blocking app. If you answer, hang up immediately and verify any alleged issue through official channels. Staying cautious keeps your data safe.
