The number 844.581.2181 rang multiple times, pretending to represent Duke Energy. I ignored it every time and cleared out the voicemail messages.

A representative named Dante from NRG Home contacted us regarding the cancellation of the supply portion on our West Penn Power bill, resulting in the loss of a cash back reward.
