This is a scam; I received a call with the same details as described and recommend reporting it immediately.
They called my sister and my daugther, leaving a message for me to call, but when I called, everyone I spoke with was very hateful and rude, and they wanted my credit card number over the phone, wich I didnt give them, and I think it's a total scam.
