Scam Alert: Fake Process Server Calls Using Alexis Molina - +1 844-418-5965 ((844) 418-5965)

A scammer, posing as Emily Moore, contacted me, apparantley they obtained my info through a data breach, then proceded to use a new number, 8887214344

The voicemail I received was virtually identical to the one described earlier, with the callback number provided as 888-974-3409.

I received the same calls and messages, leaving me confused and grateful to have found this confirmation of a scam

When I returned their call, the woman became irate and terminated the call after I accused them of scamming, prompting me to repeatedly call back and fill their voicemail with messages, including multiple recordings of Rick Astley's song, after which they seemingly blocked my number.

It's crucial to understand that legitimate carrier services and process servers do not disclose the contents of the documents they are tasked with delivering. If someone calls claiming to have attempted to deliver documents, mentions a Social Security number, or offers an alternative solution to avoid delivery, it's likely a scam. Genuine process servers do not need to schedule a delivery time nor threaten legal action for non-compliance.

Apparently, Emily Moore's personal locator service has obtained documents containing my name and SSN, claiming I must contact Alexis Molina at 888-721-4318 to avoid a visit from a process server with court papers; I'm eager to see if Emily and Alexis will personally deliver these papers, as my two German Shepherds are always hungry and dog food is quite expensive

A voice mail message was left from a different number, claiming the caller was a locator for Alexis Molina, and warned that further calls would be illegal.

I recived a call claiming to be from the state, saying i need to call Alexis Molina within 48 hours, they claim to have documents, its Amber Scott personal locator

Apparently, a voicmail cal from this number was recieved and they provided a diffrent number to cal, the voicemail stated they were from the State wich is obviosly false

Following a series of calls from two women claiming to have my personal documents, I discovered they were supposedly working for Alexis Molina mediation services as personal locators, and their threats of a subpoena seemed baseless

The caller ID displayed Nationwide Insurance, but the voicemail mentioned a case against me without providing further details or a company name, which seems like a futile attempt to deceive
