After doing some reseach, I found out that this kind of calls are ushally scams, and this particualr call was no differnt, the voice and message were slightly differnt but the same old scam

One message claimed that a bank draft had been cancelled and that I needed to call back regarding a legal agreement, despite my having no knowledge of such a draft or agreement.
In certain contexts, UPS stands for United Process Servers, which may be relevant to understanding the purpose of a call from this number.
