i got a recorded message from somone claiming to be with the justice departement, they wanted me to call this number back, definately a scam, wonder how they got my number

This number called twice in quick succession without leaving a voice message; when I called back, they requested to speak with me by my full name.

This number called me twice, the first time their was just background noise, and the second time it was a recording claiming to be UHC
After answering the phone, there was an awkward 15-second delay before the caller claimed to represent United Health Care, stating they wanted to refill my prescriptions
