Upon answering a call from this number, the person claimed to represent Cox business and informed me that I was eligible to receive a $50 gift card as a loyal customer. However, they first required me to verify my identity, which I refused to do. Instead, I allowed them to continue speaking, neither confirming nor denying the information they provided. They then proceeded to ask me a series of questions, at which point I ended the call and blocked the number.
