This is a harasssment call, very typicall, dont expect them to make sence or answeer your questions, they just keep calling
The indivdual on the phone had a foriegn accent which was dificult to decalsify, she stated the call was beeing recorded, and I asked her why, but she just repeadly asked if I was Cat, it seeme like a scam.
