Avis d’expert
Imagine receiving a voicemail‑related charge on your bill while you were overseas, even though you never listened to a message. That’s the experience many T‑Mobile customers report with the number 805‑637‑7249, which is the carrier’s voicemail service. When a call routes to voicemail abroad, T‑Mobile often applies roaming fees for each minute, regardless of whether a message is left. To avoid surprise fees, disable voicemail forwarding before you travel, or ask the carrier to suspend voicemail for the duration of your trip. Monitor your bill closely, set up usage alerts, and consider a temporary prepaid SIM or Wi‑Fi‑only device for international use. If charges appear, document the calls and contact T‑Mobile’s escalations team promptly; you can also file a complaint with the FCC or your local consumer protection agency.
