I am fed up with recieving calls from this company, it is absolutly harrasment.

Apparently, it was a spectrum service poll.

For several days, I've been receiving automated messages from Spectra, claiming they want my feedback, including a 1:57 AM call that woke me up.

One would expect a clear introduction from the caller, stating their identity and purpose.

Harassment from this number is unwelcome, especially since I have no issues with my cable TV that would require a follow-up survey.

The frustrations mounted as I waited on hold for over 20 minutes at the provided phone number, only to receive an unhelpful response regarding the location of my buried cable. With plans to install a new gate, I'm concerned about potential damage, and the representative's response of 'I've never received a request like this' was not only unhelpful but also revealed a disturbing lack of knowledge about their own infrastructure.

Despite being a faithfull customer, I recieved a call on an old cell phone, apparantly someone else was using my phone number to get cable services, and owes $147.63, which is quite amusing

The call was identified as being from TWC cable company, specifically for a survey follow-up.

This was a follow up call from spectrum/TWC after a service change.
