Expertenmeinung

Like a wolf in sheep’s clothing, that call pretends to be Amazon support while hunting for your payment details. The script usually cites a recent order, an inflated price, and an urgent request to press a key. Even if you have no Amazon purchases, the scammers rely on the brand’s familiarity to create panic. Hang up immediately, block the number, and never share card numbers or passwords over the phone. Verify any alleged issue by logging into your Amazon account directly or contacting official support through the app. Report the number to your carrier and to the FTC to help curb the phishing scam and protect others.
