Recent call logs show a spike in inbound inquiries from +18005377755 claiming to represent Windstream. Callers consistently demand payments for alleged past‑due bills, often hanging up or using aggressive scripts. This pattern aligns with common phishing and debt‑collector scams that spoof legitimate carrier names. If you receive an unexpected call, pause before sharing personal information; verify the request by contacting Windstream through the official number on your bill or their website. Use your phone’s block feature and report the number to the FTC or your carrier’s fraud department. Staying skeptical and using official channels can stop these nuisance calls before they become costly.

Despite paying my bill ahead of the due date, I received a late notice two weeks later. The incompetence of the three representatives I spoke with was astounding, with a collective IQ that seemed to be severely lacking.

These scammers have taken over my line, calling me daily, and I've been paying double my usual bill, which I've been disputing with Windstream for some time, and I'm unsure if the issue lies with their scanner or staff, but I've been a customer for at least 8 years and would like to know how I can be reimbursed for the extra payments I've made over the past 6 months
Upon answering, they inquired about a person working here, and when I said they were unavailable, the call was abruptly ended.
