It appears that the call is actually from Southwest Credit Union regarding an outstanding balance on my cancelled ATT Uverse account.
I had a similar experiance with this company, I think it's a scam, and I had a bad experiance with att too, they cut my service off even though I payed my bill, and they were very nasty to me.
