Avis d’expert
The pattern you’re seeing is classic spoofed‑caller scam where fraudsters mask a Bell Mobility number to sound legitimate. They’ll call repeatedly, often with dead air, and pressure you to confirm personal details or make a payment. Never give out your credit‑card number, Social Insurance Number, or any account info to an unsolicited call—especially if there’s no voicemail or official callback number. Hang up, block the number, and report it to the CRTC or your provincial consumer‑protection agency. If you do think the call might be real, call Bell directly using the number on your bill, not the one that called you.

Scammers may pose as representatives of Bell Mobility, attempting to collect payments. Legitimate representatives will not request your PIN, and if they do, providing an incorrect number will prompt a genuine representative to ask for the correct one, whereas a scammer may accept the incorrect PIN.
