I recieved a call from this number, purportedly from Dish, spoken by someone with a foreign accent, who claimed to have my name and adress, and offered me a $20 credit on my bill, however, i struggled to understand what he was saying and eventualy hung up on him, requesting to speak with someone who spoke english fluently, and he called back, but i still couldnt understand him and hung up again, without divulging any informations
