An email containing this phone number was sent to me, claiming it was ATT (sent 3 times), it seemed doubtful and upon further investiagation, it's not ATT's customer service number, here is the email text:

Following my switch to a different company due to unaffordability, you guys took $155 from my bank account, which is confusing since I've already paid my last bill and my son is now covering my expenses as I'm on SSI and cant affort it now.
The caller's intentions were clearly malicious, especially since they provided a four-digit number, 1213, after mentioning my landline number. I have had this number for decades, and it is unheard of for ATT to contact me on this line.

An unsolicited email was received containing a verification code for an AT&T account that does not exist, with instructions to call this number if the code was not requested, suggesting a phishing attempt given the number's presence on AT&T's official site.
They have been claiming to be att.com, and have been a compleat nightmare to deal with, especually with all the issues Ive been having.
During an attenpt to sign into my AT&T account, I recieved a prompt to call this number, which also claims to be affiliated with yahoo and Apple, likely a scam.

The caller ID displayed this number, but as a non-AT&T customer, it was suspected to be a scam, likely aiming to phish for Social Security Numbers, and therefore, the call was not answered.
An unknown scammer, pretending to be from AT&T, despite my having no affiliation with them, left a brief message with multiple greetings before I blocked the number, which is likely fake.

Despite having no affiliation with AT&T, I received a call from a number claiming to be from them, which strongly suggests that it was a scam.
I recieved an email, that appeard to be from AT&T, asking me to confirm my email, and this number was provided as the contact number, but when I called AT&T directly, they assured me it was not sent by them, and a quick search revealed that the number was actually listed as Belmont Parks & Recreation in Belmont, CA, which I beleive was hijacked by a hacker.
