Recent patterns show a cluster of calls from +17863936338 that reference a "Windows Technical Department" and the name PD Infowise. While a few users report genuine assistance, many highlight red flags such as unsolicited outreach, difficulty reaching a live person, and mismatched caller ID information. Callers should treat unexpected support offers with caution, verify the company through official channels, avoid sharing passwords or payment details, and consider blocking the number or reporting it to the FTC.
