A woman with a heavy Oriental accent called me, instantly talking about Medicare, but I coudnt understand her and hung up.

This call appeared on my CID as Herndon, VA, just two minutes ago, but I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number.
The timing of the call, coinciding with the State of the Union, suggests it may be related to political polling, which is not interested in my opinion.
I blocked the number right away because i didnt recognize the area code and there was no caller ID, thats how i avoid scammers
