Opini ahli
Impersonating Yahoo support to claim account issues is a classic scam tactic that catches even tech-savvy folks off guard. These fraudsters often push for remote access or personal details under the guise of 'fixing' a problem, aiming to steal credentials or install malware. Hang up immediately if you get such a call—Yahoo never initiates unsolicited security calls like this. Verify any concerns directly through the official Yahoo app or website, and enable two-factor authentication for extra protection. Report the number to the FTC at donotcall.gov to help curb these nuisances. Stay vigilant; legitimate companies don't cold-call for sensitive info.
