It's astonishing how often people mention the 'no call list' to scammers, who are, by definition, criminals that disregard such regulations; the DNC list serves its purpose by filtering out legitimate telemarketers, but it's futile against those with malicious intentions
Despite having a call blocker in place, this number managed to get through and will now be manually blocked.
These individuals are reminiscent of a particular group of people known for their deceitful tactics.
Although I didn't answer, I suspect the call was from a telemarketer selling replacement windows, possibly targeting retirees, and while no message was left, I found some of the suggestions on this platform to be amusing, such as telling the caller to hold for their wife.
