Telemarketing trap: What to do when they hang up - +1 649-465-8291 ((649) 465-8291)

Interestingly, I've received multiple calls from this number, now totaling eight, and they all seem to originate from Turks & Caicos Island

Within a span of three hours, I received seven calls from 6492756932; these individuals are attempting to scam Americans out of their money, and as per another website, they charge exorbitant rates of $2000 per minute for international calls.

After missing the call, an attempt was made to call back, but it resulted in a disconnection message, stating the number couldn't be completed as dialed, followed by a beeping tone. Further research revealed it's linked to Turks and Caicos, which seems unusual.

Similar to other reports, when I answered the call, there was no one on the line; I typically do not answer unknown calls, but I have friends traveling abroad.

My cell didnt ring when the call came through, didnt leave a message, when i called back the line was busy, this happend at 12:15 pm.

I missed a call from this number about three hours ago, and no message was left.

This number seems really strange to me.

My wife returned a call from this number, only to be greeted with static, leaving us to wonder about the potential charges from Verizon for the call.

Calls from unknown numbers, including this one from the Turks & Caicos Islands, are not answered.

At 7:48, this number called my cellphone, but i didnt pickup since i didnt recognice the number.

A call was placed to my cellphone at 7:04 PM, but after only two rings, the caller hung up without leaving any message, with the caller ID simply showing the number and indicating the call was from Turks & Caicos Islands.

The caller abruptly ended the call
