What kind of ridiculous scam is this, where someone breathing heavely is considdered a scam?
The caller rang my cell phone, but I didnt answer, they left a voicemail with only breathing sound, no message, SCAMMERS are still scamming, the area code is from New York, I dont know nobody from there.
