Apparently, I recieved a call from this number febrary 8th at 1:38pm and it's linked to collections, which is confusing

It's been about three years since they last called, apparently looking for someone who used to have my cell phone number, and after multiple calls back then, they finally stopped; now, they've started calling again, which I find frustrating since I've never had any dealings with this bank.

For the first time in months, I finaly got a live person on the phone, they asked if I was Bill, and I said yes, then they told me I owed them $11,000, which is totaly ridiculous. I laughted and told them I dont have no account with that company, they didnt belive me
