Upon investigation, it became clear that the call was related to an overdue Red Card payment.
After some investigation, I discovered that the reason for the call was my forgotten Red Card payment, as no voicemail was left.
This is not a true robot caller, it use automated system to connect a debt collection agent to customer, it should NOT be blocked
When I answered, there was only silence, giving me no indication of who was on the other end.
