When I answer the phone, there is a brief pause before the call is terminated, indicating an auto-dial system searching for potential targets to exploit.
The caller ID indicated that the call was from US Cellular, but when I answered, there was a lag before I was informed that my call was valuable and I would be transfered to a representitive as soon as posible, however, they did not mention who they were or what company they represented.
