My experience mirrors that of Mario and others, involving a "Google listing".

Block that number now and add it to your phone’s blacklist. Spam calls posing as SEO or Google listing offers are a common tactic, so don’t answer unfamiliar numbers that claim “Not in Use.” Use your carrier’s robocall filter or a third‑party app to catch similar calls before they ring. Report the number to the FTC’s complaint portal and to your carrier’s spam‑reporting service. Never click links or give personal data to callers who promise front‑page Google results. Regularly review your call logs, tighten your Do‑Not‑Call settings, and stay wary of any unsolicited marketing pitch.

I checked this site after receiving a call from this number, but they didn't leave any message.
The caller id wasnt in use or availible
Fortunately, my caller I.D. displayed "NOT IN USE", what a releif it would be if it actualy wasn't in use!
