Scammer's spoof legitemate number's to try to trick victim's into paying them, pretending to be from the Utility company, but Utility company's dont just call out of the blue, you get numerous Notice's of non-payment sent in the mail before they would shut off service's

Similar thing happend to me, i live in San bernardino county and recived a call saying my electricity will be shut off in 30-45 min's.
Similarly, I've received calls from this number, but I'm unsure of the reason, especially since I don't reside in Long Beach.
