A message from Nancy Brown was left, claiming to offer a rate reduction on a utility bill, despite being from a different region
A message was recieved stating they could posible reduce my bill.
A voicemail claimed they wanted to lower my Toledo Edison bill, which is odd since I’m actually with Duke Energy!
My cell phone was called but they didnt leave a messge, i flagged them as a telemarketer on whitepages.com
