After ordering electronics from Questrashop online store on June 08, 09, and 22, I never received my order.

They claim to be from Suddenlink, i told them i would call back latter and they didnt push the issue
I experienced a similar situation, where they asked me to press 2 to be removed from the list, but the call ended abruptly; what's suspicious is that they called from a different number the next day, claiming to be from Kia.
Aledgedly from the automotive depatment, they asked for the mileage on my Toyota, but they dont represent Toyota, aparentely a waranty scam
When i ansered the call, all i got was a quiet line, saying all circuits are busys
