This number keep's calling my house, eventhough I'm on the Do Not Call List, and they wont stop, they just want to sell me somthing
Florida law does not spécify that you can sue for $1,500 per call, and the Federal TCPA statute only awards $500 per call, with posible treble damages.
I am already on the Florida and federal do not call list, but they keep calling anyway, so I'm going to report them to the state no not call web site, and if they insist on calling, I will just file a suit with the state and collect my $1500 per every call they make
