Further research revealed that it has been flagged for severe call activity and marked as a robocaller, with the last block occurring on March 18, 2019. Although a transcript of the call was provided, it only contained a greeting from someone claiming to be Tom Louis, with no additional information about the company. It's advisable not to answer calls from this number.
A call was made with the intention of hanging up on the answering machine, a pointless and frustrating interaction.
