Scam Alert: Fake Wage Verification Calls! - +1 386-234-2038 ((386) 234-2038)

The scammers claim to have received a faxed document and pretend to be process servers, threatening legal action to create a sense of urgency and deceive victims into paying them

This phone number, claiming to be Brian Baker, contacted me from a local area code, and when I returned the call, they promptly asked which department I wanted to be transferred to, leaving me wondering about the legitimacy of the call.

I recieved a call and a voicemail from a person claiming to be Brian, who was collecting my bank information and employment status, and was going to place a lien on my income, ironically, he used my maiden name, so I pressed one and spoke with a foreign representative, who put me on hold, when he came back, he verified my name and said my last 4 digits of my social was ####, I asked him why he was calling me, and he said I had a huge debt, but I knew I didnt, so I told him he was full of sh!$, and he got angry and hung up.

Recieved a call from this number claiming to verify my income and assets, seemed like a scam from somone with poor english

This is a total SCAM!!! They called my husband about being listed as my emergency contact and if they know my whereabouts contact them, whats their motive?

They called seeking my brother, who unfortunately passed away eight years ago, and claimed I was listed as an emergency contact, with the call sounding automated.

A message from Brian Baker, claiming to be from the legal department, stated that I was listed as an emergency contact for someone. The message requested that I pass on the information or have a family member contact his office, citing urgency and privacy, but it sounded automated and potentially deceptive.

Apparently, they are investigating wages and referrals, but I dont have any application pending and dont work neither

Somebody called me, claiming i have been taking out cash loans and quit paying, but i dont have no idear what they was talking about, they need to find someone who speak clear english, and they also need to be locked up.

Seemingly, the same voicemail was recieved, statng that my wages and job were being verified, but i have no knowldge of this aplication, it said to press 1 to speak to Brian, which seemed sketchy.

They called me by name, and said they were verifying my wages, and assets, if i had questions, i should press 1 and ask for Brian, definalty a scam.

This number called me, and it was the same as everyones elses experience, you should call 8773824357 and report it

Some guy called me, saying i need to call David Dorsey about my assets, but i think he's just trying to scam me, he should be locked up

Multiple calls were made asking for me by an outdated name, but the caller refused to provide a clear answer about their business or purpose

A voice mail was left stating that my wages, income, and assets would be affected by an order, and I was advised to contact David Dorsey to provide my account of events.

They left a voicemail saying I need to call David Dorsey to give my side of the story, but when I called back, a foreign lady answered, she didnt give me any informations about the company.

Numerous red flags are raised by this scam, which starts with a request for personal information and claims to be from an attorney's office; they had my name and social security number but hung up when questioned

A claim was made by the caller that an outstanding credit card payment was due from 2014, but this is not credible, as the credit union in question has never been used.
