Since this was an unrecognized out-of-area number, I ended the call and blocked it, and based on other comments, it seems to be a scam targeting social security recipients and using deceitful tactics.
The recipient of a voicemail from this number was threatened with a lawsuit and potential arrest, urging them to contact the caller to avoid severe consequences.
A voicemail from this number contained a robo message warning of an impending arrest by the county sheriff due to serious charges and threatened suspension of social security numbers and freezing of bank accounts if not responded to.
