Totaly scamming people...
When this number called my cell phone, i didnt recognize it, so i checked 800notes and it wasnt listed, then i tried calling back, it answered "If you want to be placed on a no-call list, hit 1 now", i didnt hit one, but i blocked the call, it probably cost them somthing to make the call
