I've experienced the same issue, and after verifying my account, I'm convinced it's a scam since my account is paid in full.
I recived a call from this number, a guy named "Ted" was claiming to be from Ohio Edison, he said I needed to call back immediatly with my most recent bill, but when I checked my account, it was all paid up.
A call was recieved claiming to be from Ohio Edison, asking to contact them imediatly
