A man with a forein accent wanted to give me a new rate for PECO, which immediatly raised suspisions, and he asked me to get one of my old bills, but I told him I get them elecronically, so he asked when he could call back, and I said never!

This is the seccond spoofed call I've recieved, this time it was a womann with an accent claiming to be from PECO, she hung up when I asked if she was really from the company
The caller id displayed PECO, and the robo call had a persons voice with a noticable accent, similiar to other calls
